Public Vacancy Links
Public links allow you to generate easily shareable job links. These links are URLs that anyone can click on and access the pertaining resource, may that be a file, folder, meeting, or in this case, a job vacancy, without needing specific permissions or having to log in.
This means that you can quickly post across websites, social platforms, or messaging apps with ease.

Improved Public Search
We improved our search features not just for you, but candidates as well. Just as you can filter listings and your lists, they can also filter public job listings with free-text keywords. This speeds up their search process and helps them find relevant roles faster.

For Admins: More Control, Less Work

Managing your team on an online platform should be about ease, simplicity, and effectiveness. Our latest admin feature enhancements improve role management controls, get comprehensive, real-time data, and cached features for faster analytics and insight generation.
Recruiter Role Management
Assign predefined roles (e.g., Admin Recruiter, Normal Recruiter) when onboarding team members to ensure proper access levels.
Metabase Dashboard Integration
Admins can now view real-time performance dashboards directly within the platform. In other words, Recruiter Admins now have access to dashboards with data we collect about their teams (such as number of registrations per each recruiter, their candidate statuses, now show data, etc). It’s located in the Dashboard tab in their platform and only Recruiter Admins can see it.

Cached Metabase Charts
Any chart that takes longer than five seconds to load will now be cached for faster future access. Speed is the name of the game
Wiertz API Integration
Automatically sync candidate data between Hire Abroad and Wiertz, which eliminates manual input and improves accuracy. Expanding the capabilities of the Hire Abroad platform also means seamless integration with other ecosystems. Interconnectedness is the future norm for every respectable platform.
Why does it matter? Greater control, cleaner data, and less admin work for platform owners and large recruitment teams.
For Candidates: Faster Integration & Preferences
Candidate Registration Upgrades: Smoother Start For Your Candidates
At the end of the day, the candidates are the most important aspect of our jobs. In addition to all the recruitment and admin upgrades, we also went the extra mile to ensure that their experiences are also up to par with yours.
Candidate Message at Signup
During signup, candidates now have the option to leave a note, which offers more context for preferences, helping recruiters act more insightfully and with more meaning.
Age Instead of Full Date of Birth
A simplified age entry improves candidate onboarding while still giving recruiters essential demographic insight.
Why does it matter? A streamlined signup process helps candidates get started quickly. Don’t forget that the world of blue-collar recruitment is all about speed and efficiency. Enabling candidates to sign up faster and leave notes regarding their preferences give recruiters the option to work faster and more accurately.

Bug fixes and stability tweaks to improve transparency, user experience, and overall platform functionality.
