Job Description:

Are you an experienced international recruiter with a passion for connecting talented individuals from the EU with rewarding job opportunities? If so, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team to source and recruit blue-collar workers for Dutch employers.
• Utilize your expertise to identify suitable candidates and match them with job openings.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences by guiding them through the onboarding process.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
• Meet recruitment targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an international recruiter, preferably in blue-collar recruitment.
• Ability to find candidates (EU citizens only) to fulfil the vacancies from the employers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment services.
